How do I become a retailer?
You can call us directly at 866-CABOODLE between 10am and 6pm Eastern Time. You can also register online to start the process of setting up an account. Can I receive a paper or PDF catalog?
Certainly. Please share your mailing address by calling us at 866-CABOODLE or by submitting our New Retailer Account Form. Do you offer discounts for initial orders or re-orders?
We offer free freight on all first orders. Please note that we also offer discounts through a few, select organizations such as ASTRA. What are the terms of the Sales Guarantee?
Please return all unsold items to us within 90 days of receipt at your establishment. All items must be in like-new condition. We will immediately provide you with a check, or we can apply a credit to your next order. Returns should be mailed to: Caboodle! Toys LLC; 1140 Broadway, Suite 907; New York, NY 10001. Can you provide an estimate of shipping costs?
A shipping charge of 5% is placed on all orders in the continental United States. (A direct shipping cost will be assessed to orders delivered to Alaska or Hawaii.) We use direct distribution through a UPS warehouse facilities in Carson, California and Carteret, New Jersey. This approach balances fulfillment speed and distribution costs. How quickly will I receive an order after shipment?
You should receive an order between five and twenty days after shipment. Please contact us if your order hasn�t arrived at your store within four weeks. Can I distribute and sell Noah�s Pals™ outside of the US and Canada?
Maybe. At this time, we�re concentrating on the North American market, but we would like to bring our vision to other parts of the world. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your ideas for global distribution. Can I place a custom order (e.g., all farm animals or only endangered animals)?
Our bundling approach provides the simplest and easiest means of distribution for new retailers. We allow open orders after the placement of an initial order. Will you sell Noah�s Pals™ on your website to collectors?
No. We will not compete with our retail partners in the distribution of Noah�s Pals. Because of the large size of the Ark, we will offer it on our website as some retailers may choose not to carry it. Will you distribute Noah�s Pals™ through large discount channels?
No. We do not believe our brand fits into the pricing schemes of major discount chains. Can we use your images from your website?
The simple answer is YES! Note that all of our images are copyrighted. The use of photographic imagery contained on this website is granted provided that each such use is accompanied by the notice, "Courtesy of Caboodle! Toys LLC. Unauthorized use not permitted." Can I share my success story with you?
